Essentially a "dumbed down" SPARCstation 5. Comes in 70, 85, and 110MHz versions, with a microSPARC II CPU soldered onto the board. Has 5x DIMM slots, which can take 8MB or 32MB sticks of RAM, for a maximum of 160MB. Only has one SBUS slot, as opposed to the SPARCstation 5's three. Also only designed to take one SCA hard drive, mounted above the motherboard and connected via a short ribbon cable. The SPARCstation 4 has an 8bit "TCX" on-board framebuffer.
